COYA Wine Pairing Evening

Catalina Varga's founded her business COYA Peruvian Food to showcase authentic and ancestral Peruvian gastronomy here on the Central Coast. 

Her passion is to pair her cuisine with global wines to give birth to new flavors and create exquisite dishes that honor the majestic-ness of Peruvian cuisine. 

Catalina has been cooking traditional cuisine since a child, and further dedicated her understanding of flavor by studying food science at La Molina Agricultural University in Peru. 

She has teamed up with Saints Barrel to create a one of a kind wine pairing evening! Join her on Saturday April 1st and enjoy five pairings celebrating Catalina's wonderfully diverse dishes integrated with five local and international wines. 

Peruvian tunes will be provided by DJ Mano Gil & DJ Mermaid. Catalina will be introducing the pairings in Spanish, and DJ Mano Gil will introduce them in English. Learn about Peruvian food, wine & music!
